Resolutions are my goals for fitness and life. I have been tracking them since 2007 and continue today. I have not reach all of them, but without tracking them, I most likely would not reach any of them.

Here is a listing of all goals:

  • Focus on being fit and healthy. Make better drink and food choices.
  • Lose weight.205 > 175lb
