This blog is about my training (mostly fitness, exercise and some nutrition). I have a real desire to reach my goals, see my resolutions Resolutions. I have been over weight for close to 20 years, I started at 168 pounds when I was married (22 years ago). I topped out at 230 pounds (April 1, 2007) and I am only 5′8″! This is the site that I am using to track the weight loss, exercise, fitness and blood pressure goals.
