Today is blood pressure day; 127/72 pulse 62. I have observed that my pressure changes by some foods. It is generally 10 points higher after some salt intake. I had two chicken sandwiches from Wendy’s the night before. This sandwiches fit in my calorie limits, but I suspect they were higher in salt, hence the higher reading or some wild fat content. Currently, I am not monitoring fat content, so I do not know. When I have higher salt foods, like chips, my blood pressure is about 10 points higher for one to two days. I have been looking to curve the higher salt foods, so I test better and feel better. Also, less salt equals less water retention and lower weight-ins. Which I like…
