0My name is Douglas Wade and I live in Lancaster California. I work for an Aerospace company (they do not like their name mentioned), but it is not Lockheed or Boeing here in the Aerospace Valley. I am software engineer working with SGML/XML technologies.
Running Schedule
0Lately, I and Teri have been running. The first goal in my running is to run in the High Deserts Runner’s Jingle Bell Jog on December 15th. I have a personal goal to run it without stopping to walk. As of to date, I never run that distance without walking.
I have a plan (been using it) to get me up to that distance. I mentioned in an earlier post of cool runing site had a article that I extended the time. They mentioned six weeks and I am closer to 10-12.
Here is what is the remaining run/walk schedule. We run at AVC college on Monday, Thursday and Sunday mornings.
