You cannot keep running at your peak  (limit) with these 5K timed runs if 1. Your heart is not in it 2. You are not training for running.

Getting injured represents playing in the street.  Your walking represents playing in the backyard.  You have to start playing in the front yard (running/walking) more often to know how close you are getting to the street and avoid being run over by a car.</description>
