Push-ups (Week 2 Day 3)
Today is the sixth day of doing push-ups. The goal is 100 consecutive push-ups. Today did not go so well. Tracy watched me fail at reaching the same number of push-ups as two days ago.
I was to do the following:
- 30 (29)
- 22 (17)
- 22 (17)
- 20 (15)
- 17 (14)
The goal is to the left and the actuals are on the right. I missed every goal for all five sets. I was do a total of 121 push-ups, but only did 92. That is off by 29 of the goal. The biggest reason must have been that I did not eat at all during the day. It also accounts for my mood swings. I guess I need to eat if I am going to preform.
