Today is the fifth day of doing push-ups, working up to my goal of 100 push-ups in a row. I managed to do all of them, but it about killed me. The sets were

  • 25 (26)

The rest period was 90 seconds. The total push-ups for the day was 100. That is 10 more than Friday’s total.

  • Day one was 50;
  • Day two was 71;
  • Day three was 77;
  • Day four was 90, should have been 99.
