This blog is about my training (mostly fitness and nutrition). I have a real desire to reach my goals, see my resolutions). I have been over weight for close to 20 years, I started at 168 pounds when I was married (21 years ago). I topped out at 230 pounds and I am only 5’8″! This is the site that I am using to track the weight loss, exercise, fitness and blood pressure.
